By using Farefinda ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. About the service

Farefinda is a flight price comparison service. We search and display flight prices from third-party airlines and online travel agencies (OTAs). We do not sell flights, issue tickets, or process payments. All bookings are completed on the websites of our partner OTAs or airlines.

2. Price accuracy

Flight prices shown on Farefinda are retrieved in real-time from our data partners. Prices can change within seconds. Farefinda makes no guarantee that the price shown at the time of search will be available at the time of booking. Always verify the final price on the booking partner's site before completing a purchase.

3. Booking responsibility

  • Your contract for any flight purchase is with the airline or OTA — not with Farefinda.
  • Farefinda is not responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, or any issues arising from your booking.
  • For changes, refunds, or complaints, contact the airline or OTA where you booked.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Farefinda participates in affiliate programs. When you click a booking link and complete a purchase, we may receive a commission from the partner. This commission is paid by the partner from their marketing budget and does not affect the price you pay.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our search API.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of flight data, or availability of specific fares.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allfinda Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any booking made through partner sites.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
