Help & FAQ
Everything you need to know about using Farefinda.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, completely free. We never charge you to search or compare flights. We earn a small affiliate commission from our booking partners when you complete a purchase, but this comes from their marketing budget and never increases the price you pay.
Farefinda is a flight search and comparison engine — we don't sell flights directly. When you find a deal, we connect you to the airline or travel agency (like Kiwi, Booking.com, eDreams, etc.) where you complete the purchase securely on their site.
All prices are fetched live from airline and OTA systems at the moment you search — not cached data. However, flight prices change frequently (sometimes every few minutes). The price shown is the fare at the time of our search. Always confirm the final price on the booking site before paying.
Booking links are only valid for about 15 minutes after a search. If you see an error, go back and run a fresh search — then click Book immediately. If the problem persists, try a different deal from the same results (a different OTA may have the same flight available).
Book 6–8 weeks in advance for international flights. Be flexible with your travel dates — even shifting by 1–2 days can save 20–30%. Flying mid-week (Tuesday/Wednesday) is often cheaper than weekends. Also check the "Cheapest" highlighted option at the top of our results.
We currently support one-way and round-trip searches. Multi-city search is on our roadmap and will be available soon.
"Bag incl." means the fare includes at least one piece of checked luggage in the base price. "No bag" means the fare is for hand luggage only — you'll need to pay extra to add checked baggage at the booking site.
Contact the airline or booking site where you completed your purchase — they handle all changes, cancellations, and refunds. Farefinda has no access to your booking details and cannot modify reservations.
